The front desk staff provided great assistance. The spa service within the hotel was fairly priced. I found this particularly pleasing. Drinking water was provided, especially useful during the summer. Breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The air conditioning did not work optimally. It was quite noisy. I requested a quiet room. my room faced the street.

I had such a blast! the staff were super attentive, responding quickly. the hotel helped arrange my airport transfers. Everything was smooth. i really enjoyed the daily breakfast with yummy cakes. Such a treat. the hotel location is amazing, just a short walk to the hagia sophia!

The internal hotel noise was somewhat noticeable. I could hear doors slam.

The hotel is very close to top attractions. It is a short walk to the metro. The staff were friendly from check-in to check-out. I got a generous discount at the restaurant. It was a bonus. The daily breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The A/C was not great and very noisy.
